The work of Daryl-Ann Hurst will hang at the Stone Church, a music club, restaurant, function space and bar through February. The show will consist of over 40 paintings, none of which is larger than 14"x14". The works are all based in geometric abstraction but include references to Cubism, Abstract Expressionism. They are the result of Hurst's desire to paint and travel simultaneously, with ease, and explore visual and emotional depictions of time and place.
An openinng reception will be held on Saturday, January 21 from 5-7 pm. The public is invited.
